About Cloud 9 MedSpa

Cloud 9 MedSpa was established in 2018 by Nick Greathouse BSN, RN. Having worked in Neurology, Nick took special interest in migraine treatment with the use of Botulinum Toxin (Botox Cosmetic, Xeomin, Dysport) as many of the patients he worked with were unable to control their migraines with standard pharmaceutical agents. Nick found a love for the cosmetic and therapeutic aspects of injectable services and quickly expanded his knowledge, becoming a Certified Master Injector.

Aside from Cloud 9 MedSpa, Nick works as a Faculty Instructor for the American Academy of Facial Esthetics teaching Doctors, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants about the clinical application of Botulinum Toxins and Dermal fillers for therapeutic and cosmetic uses.

In addition to medical-grade injectables, Cloud 9 is proud to have brought on more members to our team, built from educators and students, all passionate for healthcare and community wellness. This includes aestheticians, nurse practitioners, and business-minded people alike. Our team is built with the best of the best - those who have a hunger for education, a passion for their community, and a love for aesthetics.

Our mission is to restore the health and wellness of our communities, introducing medical aesthetics, paramedical facial services, advanced skin revision, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, and sexual health solutions.

At Cloud 9, our patients are our number one priority - their safety and comfort is our main focus. This is a place for our community to come relax and feel rejuvenated. We are very excited to meet you and welcome you to the Cloud 9 MedSpa clinic!

Clinic Policies

Cancellation and Payment Policies

Cloud 9 MedSpa values the time and commitment of our patients and providers. We want to provide best possible experience for every patient, therefore we have implemented the following policies:

Payment is due at the time of service. All major credit cards and cash are accepted as well as Care Credit. We do offer payment plans for specific treatment programs and are not currently working with insurance companies. All appointments are booked online or in office. Our system requires all patients to have an active card on file at all times, a temporary $0.50 authorization hold will be placed on your card to verify the account.

We request that you please give at least 24 hours notice if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment. By booking, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a cancellation or rescheduling fee of up to 100% of the scheduled value (minimum $50.00), should you miss your visit without proper notification (except in emergency situations). If you will be using a package or membership redemption and cancel or no-show your appointment, you will forfeit that specific treatment.

Since popular times fill up quickly, we encourage you to book your appointments in advance to ensure you get the day and time you want. This guarantees that our patients value our time together. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients. Thank you for your understanding!

Services that are purchased as a package cannot be refunded. Rather, the dollar value of the services will be credit to the patient and can be redeemed at Cloud 9 MedSpa at a later date. Schedule appointments at least 48 – 72 hours before any special event where appearance is a factor. Clinical treatments with extractions may cause redness and / or sensitivity.

COVID Precautions and Policies

Cloud 9 MedSpa always practices safety measures. Given recent events, our health and safety practices have remained crucial to the safety and well-being for not only our patients, but our community as a whole. Because we function as a medical practice, we always exercise precaution to prevent contamination and the spread of bacteria. Treatment rooms have always been cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected between uses.

Furthermore, we have introduced new policies in accordance to the recommendations of the CDC and local officials:

  • All employees will be wearing masks. We ask that all patients wear masks as well until they are in the treatment room and to only remove their facial coverings when instructed to do so for treatment purposes only.

  • We will be seeing patients one at a time and individually; family and friends may not accompany you to your appointment.

  • Everyone who enters the clinic will be required to complete a COVID Medical Screening Tool. Elective procedures have risk and we have a due diligence to screen each employee and patient that enters the building.

These new policies are for the safety of our community. We thank you all for your understanding and cooperation.
